AIWPA envisions propelling the Indian wine industry to Rs 5000 crores by 2027 through sustainable development, self-reliance, and a fusion of art and science in production.   • Global Market Penetration: Targeting key countries such as the UK, US, Germany, Sweden, and Japan, as well as nurturing smaller markets like Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, China, and Vietnam.
  • Volume and Value Growth: Building wine market strategies, stabilizing the industry through current stock liquidation, expanding viticulture areas, and leveraging tropical fruits for international markets.
  • Equilibrium and Sustainability: Developing mechanisms for industry equilibrium, adhering to wine standards, promoting quality, and advocating for uniform taxation.
  • Research and Development: Continual focus on viticulture, viniculture, and skills development to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Global Compliance: Supporting the Indian wine industry while adhering to WTO rules and initiating proper supply-demand mechanisms.
